The competitor analysis highlighted missing elements on the site, such as online lesson booking and the presentation of different dance styles. Adding customer reviews and FAQs, which are common on competitors’ sites, could reassure potential new students through feedback from former students.

Define
The heuristic analysis of the current site identified several issues: - CTA redirection problem - Lack of information about technical bugs - Inconsistency in naming levels - Confusion between CTAs and information buttons - Semi-responsiveness of the site - Contact section not usable due to visual accessibility issues. As a result, the sitemap has been enhanced to include pages presenting different dance types and the option to add specific classes for regulars with filters, similar to competitors.

The mid-fi wireframes test brought to light several problems or needs that we subsequently addressed: - the + and - buttons were confusing for users at the check-out stage. - addition of the PayPal option. - a desire to connect to a user account to avoid having to enter information twice. - a need for more information on courses and, above all, on how they are run. The System Usability Scale proved excellent, with 100% of users feeling confident with the system, finding it easy to use and useful on a daily basis.

The development of the hi-fi prototype has enabled us to further refine the site's functionalities, including : - the addition of a product page for each course - improvement in the shopping cart experience - the addition of a log-in facility - graphic modification of the payment page - simplification of the validation page, with the option of adding the course to your calendar. Although responsive design has been taken into account, the user study highlighted the fact that the main use of Maymouna's dance lesson booking site will be on mobile and/or desktop.
